If you’re recently engaged (congratulations BTW!), new to the world of wedding planning or simply just wanting to know a little more about what is involved in wedding planning then I would love to share with you the benefits of my Partial Planning service. For those couples who want more of a hand in their planning process but need a little expert advice along the way. It may be that you have your venue booked or want that extra help the closer you get to your day. This service is for couples looking for a professional to work with them and co-ordinate and look at the logistics of their wedding in the final 3 months leading up to their big day.

I am an independent wedding planner who has been organising weddings throughout the UK since 2011 and even had the opportunity to fully plan a wedding in Tuscany (a family favourite destination!).

Through my experience, my partial planning service is great for couples who are looking for a marquee wedding or perhaps an exclusive venue that you can create your own space and vision. You may have already booked the venue or found the ideal location for your tipi or marquee wedding but just need that extra support and experience of a professional in the final few months leading up to your big day…Once hired, I ensure that all supplier discounts are passed directly on to you and I do not accept commission of any kind.My partial planning service includes the following elements:

  • We would meet 3 months prior to your wedding to run through all your plans so far.
  • I would review all current supplier and venue contacts and ensure all is in order and every aspect has been thought of.
  • All suppliers would be contacted in the lead up to your wedding and communicated with in the 12 weeks leading up to your day.
  • A detailed schedule will be created and distributed to all suppliers involved as well as the venue.
  • I would recommend and source up to 2 suppliers that have not already been booked for your wedding day.
  • Assist with any final budget planning.
  • On-the-day co-ordination for up to 9 hours on your wedding day to assist with set up and running of the day.

Due to the popularity of my full planning service I offer, I am unable to accept partial planning bookings in excess of 12 months prior to your wedding. After a free, no obligation consultation we can work together to create a bespoke planning package to suit you.Lydia and Drew hired me this year for my partial wedding planning services. With them both residing in Hong Kong, not only the time difference but with their jobs, time was limited. They wanted the reassurance that a professional was on hand to support and guide them through the final months of planning and on the day so that they could really focus on enjoying their day with family and friends knowing everything was in safe hands. Here are a few kind words from Lydia and Drew following their wedding at the end of the summer this year…“Susie was the glue that held our ambitious wedding together.Living in Hong Kong and planning a 180-guest wedding in the Surrey countryside was never going to be easy. We wanted a strong coordinator to bring our vision and dream to life, and in Susie we found just that.We found a brilliant planner, in the run up to, and on the day. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She was detail oriented, organised, and most importantly had a clear handle on our vision and dream. She was immediate to respond throughout and allowed us to enjoy the process completely hassle free. We really felt she was on our team, and most of all enjoyed her charisma and 'can-do' attitude. We made a great choice in Susie!”If you' like to chat more about how we can work together then please do get in contact.Image Credits – MotiejusBridal Gown - Jesus Peiro from Miss BushHair Stylist - Sharon Roberts
